Conversation data, licenses, and embeddings are processed on the MWS AI SaaS infrastructure. Your catalog lives in WooCommerce; the agent queries it to answer with real information.
We use commercial language models via API (OpenAI or an equivalent configured in the SaaS). The value is RAG over your inventory and documents, not the model alone.
Today the model is managed by the SaaS. If you need a specific provider or private deployment, Enterprise covers custom setup.

The primary channel is the web widget on your WooCommerce store. WhatsApp, CRM, or ERP are not included by default; they are evaluated in Enterprise or custom projects.
