Annual subscription & payments
- All paid plans are annual subscriptions. Commercial prices are in USD (USA) and EUR (Spain). Bold checkout charges the COP equivalent.
- When your license expires, renew manually or contact sales. No automatic charges without your Bold confirmation.
- Refunds: confirmed Bold payments only, 7–14 day window per gateway policy. Does not apply to the free trial.
The trial is free with no card charge. Refunds apply only to confirmed annual Bold payments (7–14 days per Bold policy).
- Growth trial: 14 days, free, no card, 1 per email/domain.
- After trial: purchase annual plan or license stays inactive.
- Annual payment: priced in USD (USA) and EUR (Spain); checkout via Bold.
